We will recruit for 2025-26 Teaching Fellowships early in 2025.
Shortlisting criteria
In the interests of transparency, the 2023-25 shortlisting criteria were:
Must meet essential criteria stated in advertisement
Personal statement: Discusses decolonisation in global health
Personal statement: Discusses a specific and achievable plan for research or education outside of that mentioned in the advertisement
CV: Designed and organised a self-sustaining postgraduate course (same course run for at least two years or equivalent), ideally with external recognition or funding
CV: Other work relevant to global health such as contribution to qualitative research
CV: Personal experience or abilities that would enhance learners' experiences
Training status, appointment type and 'seniority' were not used in shortlisting.
17 highly qualified people applied and six have been shortlisted.
